IKhtilaf #21 Imam Bukhari farmate hain k "Raat k Waqt Mayyat ko Dafan karna Jaez hai aur Hazrat Abu-Bakar Razi Allah Ta'ala Anho ko Raat k Waqt Dafan kiya gaya." (Sahee Bukhari j 1 , p 178) lekin Gair-Muqallideen kehte hain k "Raat k Waqt Murde ko Dafan karna Mana'a hai." (Araf-ul-Jaadi p 58) Ikhtilaf #22 Imam Bukhari ne Namaz se Mutalliq Hadith Zikar ki hai "Subhan-Allah kehna Mardon k liye aur Taali bajana Oraton k liye hai." (Sahee Bukhari j 1 , p 160) Is Hadith mai Mard-o-Orat ki Namaz ka Farq bayan kiya gaya hai, Gair-Muqallid Aalim Molana Abdul-Haq Hashmi aur Hanafi Aalim Molana Anwaar Khursheed Sahab ne Bukhari ki Is Hadith ko Mard-o-Orat ki Namaz k Farq k Dalaael mai Zikar kiya hai. (Risael Abdul Haqq Hashmi p 54 aur Hadith aur Ahle-Hadith p 483) lekin Gair-Muqallideen kehte hain k Mard-o-Orat ki Namaz mai koi Farq nahi hai. (Sahee Bukhari j 1 , p 93 Mukhtasir Sahee Bukhari j 1 , p 284) Gair-Muqallideen Aalim Molana Daud-Raaz Sahab Kitab-ul-Salaat p 219 par likhte hain k "Imam Bukhari ka ye Mazhab hai k Aalim Imamat ka Ziada Haqdar hai , Ba-Nisbat Qaari k." lekin Gair-Muqallid Hakeem Sadiq Siyalkoti (Sabeel-ul-Rasool p 240) par likhte hain k "Huzoor Sallallaho Alehe Wasallam ne Pehle number par Imamat ka Sub se bara Mustahiq Quran Majeed ka sub se Ziada Qaari Muqarrar farmaya hai aur Fiqh (isi tarah Bukhari) mai Pehle number par Sub se Ziada Sunnat ka Aalim Muta'iyan kiya hai , Goya Huzoor Sallallaho Alehe Wasallam k Hukum ko Tabdeel kar diya hai." Ikhtilaf # 24 Mojuda Gair-Muqallideen Sahee Bukhari , Baab-ul-Salaat Alal Shaheed ki Hadith se Sabit karte hain k "Shaheed ki Namaz-e-Janaaza parhni chahiye." (Dastur-ul-Muttaqi p 178 Salaat-ul-Rasool p 441 Kanz-ul-Haqaeq p 43 Haft Roza Al-Aetisam 1 Rabi-ul-Awwal 1419 Hijri Taisair-ul-Baari j 2 , p 300 Tashreeh Bukhari j 2 ,p 393 Taalem-ul-Salaat p 23) Ikhtilaf # 25 Bukhari Sharief mai Hadith hai k "Agar Imam baith kar Namaz parhaae to Tum bhi baith kar Namaz parho." (Sahee Bukhari j 1 p 96 j 2 p 845) Imam Bukhari aur Un k Ustad Imam Humaidi Is Hadith k Mutaliq farmate hain k ye Hadith Mansukh hai. Lekin Imam Bukhari ki Tehqeeq k khilaf Gair-Muqallideen k Baaz Ulama ki Rae ye hai k ye Hadith Mansukh nahi hai. (Taisair-ul-Baari j 1 p 455) Gair-Muqallideen ki book "Uun-ul-Maabud j 1 p 234 ref Tashreeh Bukhari j 1 p 642" "1 Giroh-e-Ahle-Hadith ka yahi Maslak hai jo Hadith-e-Anas mai Mazkur hai k Jub Imam baith kar Namaz parhae to Muqtadi bhi baith kar hi parhain." (Sahee Bukhari j 1 p 530 Baab Manaaqib-ul-Hasan-o-Al-Hussain) lekin Is k Bar-Aks Gair-Muqallid Musannif Hakeem Faiz Aalam Siddique farmate hain k "Hazraat-e-Hasnain ko Zimra-e-Sahaba mai Shumar karna Sareehan Sibaiyat ki Tarjumaani hai ya Andha-Dhund Taqleed ki Kharabi." (Syedina Hasan Bin Ali p 23 ref Ulama-e-Hind k Majmuaa-e-Rasael j 1) Ikhtilaf # 27 Imam Bukhari Taraweeh k baad Tahajjud bhi parhte the, jo Sabit karta hai k Taraweeh aur Tahajjud 2no Mustaqil alag alag Namazain hain. (Ithaaf-ul-Karam Hashiya Balug-ul-Maram p 108) Ikhtilaf # 28 Imam Bukhari ne Hadith Zikar ki hai k "Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allah Ta'ala Anha Huzoor Sallallaho Alehe Wasallam ki Ramzan aur Gair-e-Ramzan ki Raat ki Namaz ka Zikar karte hue farmati hain k phir Aap Sallallaho Alehe Wasallam 3 Rakaat Witar parha karte the." (Sahee Bukhari j 1 p 154) lekin Gair-Muqallid Aalim Allama Shokani ki Rae ye hai k 3 Rakaat Witar na parhe jaen Q k 3 Rakaat Witar parhna Makruh hai. (Araf-ul-Jaadi p 33) Ikhtilaf # 29 Qurani Aayat jis mai Roze k Fidye ka Tazkira hai , Imam Bukhari ne Is Aayat k Mutalliq Hazrat Ibne-Abbas Razi Allah Ta'ala Anho ka Farman Naqal kiya hai k "Ye Aayat Mansukh nahi hai." (Sahee Bukhari j 2 p 647) lekin Gair-Muqallideen ka kehna hai k "Ye Aayat Mansukh hai." (Tafseeri Hawashi p 73 Salahuddin Yousf) Ikhtilaf # 30 Imam Bukhari ne Hadith Zikar ki hai k "Munafiq ki Nishani ye hai k Jub Wo baat karta hai to Jhoot bolta hai." (Sahee Bukhari j 1 p 10) lekin Abdullah Ropari Gair-Muqallid ne yahan tak likh diya hai k "Biwi ki Dil-joi k liye Allah Ta'ala par Jhoot bolna Jaez hai." (Fatawa Ahle-Hadith j 3 p 370) Ikhtilaf # 31 Imam Bukhari Apne se pehle k Ahle-Ilm Hazraat ki Taqleed kar liya karte the.Gair-Muqallid Aalim Molana Daud-Raaz likhte hain k "Qustulani ne kaha , Imam Bukhari ne ye Ma'ani Abu-Saleh Katib-e-Lais ki Taqleed se Naqal kar diya." (Sahee Bukhari j 2 p 1048) lekin Gair-Muqallideen Is Hadith se Be-Niyaz ho kar Fatawa Nazeeriya j 1 p 183 mai likhte hain k "Munkareen-e-Taqleed Aaimma-e-Mujtahiddeen ko Gaali Wagera dete hain aur kehte hain k Hum Apne Aap ko Hanafi ya Shafai kehna Sharab-Noshi aur Zina-Kaari se bhi bara Gunah samajhte hain , Khuda ki Panah aur Apne Mutalliq Da'awa karte hain k Hum Hadith par Amal karte hain." Ikhtilaf # 33 Imam Bukhari ne Hadith Zikar ki hai k jis se Sabit hota hai k Huzoor Sallallaho Alehe Wasallam ko Maa'eraj Halat-e-Baidari mai hua yani Maa'eraj Jismani tha. (Sahee Bukhari j 1 p 548 - Charagh ki Roshni p 51 Molana Muhammad Sarfaraz khan) lekin Gair-Muqallid Aalim Molana Inayat-Ullah Asari (Al-Itar-ul-Baleegh p 130) mai likhte hain k "Agar ye Taweel Safar Baidari mai hota hai jaise k 2re Safar Baidari mai hue to Aap Sallallaho Alehe Wasallam k saath Khadim bhi Is Safar mai saath hote aur Aap Wahan par Qayam farma kar Tableeg-o-Ishaat farma kar logon ko Sawaal-o-Aeitiraz ka Moqa dete jo k Nabuwat k Faraiz mai dakhil hai , Raat ko Khufiya Tor par Itni Jaldi Aamdoraft ka koi behter Matlab nahi." Ikhtilaf # 34 Imam Bukhari ne Hadith Zikar ki hai k "Huzoor Sallallaho Alehe Wasallam Jub Namaz mai dakhil hote to Kaano ki Lo tak Apne 2no Haath Uthate." (Juzae Rafa-ul-Yadain Hadith 66) Ye Hadith Gair-Muqallideen k Nazdeek Sahee hai , Hafiz Zubair Ali Zae Gair-Muqallid Is Hadith k liye likhte hain k "Sahee hai dekhiye Hadith no. 7 , Is ko Imam Muslim (26 / 391) ne Saeed Bin Abi Aruba ki Sanad se Riwayat kiya hai." (Sahee Bukhari Kitab-ul-Mgahazi Baab Bais Ali Ibne Talib) lekin Gair-Muqallideen k Qabil-e-Fakhar aur Maya-Naz Aalim Hakeem Faiz Aalam Siddique (Siddiqua-e-Kaainat) ka Seena Bugz-e-Ali se Labraiz hai , Kuch Jhalkiyan Mulahiza hon, p 51 mai "Hazrat Ali Razi Allah Ta'ala Anho ne Khilafat k Zariye Apni Shakhsiyat aur Zaat ko Qad-Awar banana chaha , jis ka Nateeja ye Nikla k Musalmano ki Sailabi Fatuhaat THAP ho kar reh gaen aur Kam-o-Baish 1 lakh Farzandaan-e-Toheed Khak-o-Khun mai Tarap kar Thande ho gae." p 56 mai "Hazrat Ali Razi Allah Ta'ala Anho k Khud-Sakhta Hukumrana Aburi Dor ko Khilafat-e-Rashida mai Shumar karna Sareehan Badd-Diyanati hai." p 228 mai "Aap Razi Allah Ta'ala Anho ki Shahadat Aalam-e-Islam k liye Rehmat ki Nishani Sabit hue Ikhtilaf # 36 Imam Bukhari k Nazdeek Aqwaal-o-Afaal-e-Sahaba Hujjat hain , Isi liye Unho ne Sahee Bukhari k Mukhtalif Abwaab mai Sahaba-o-Tabaeen etc k 1608 Aasar Bator Istidlaal Zikar kiye hain.
