Gair-Muqallid Aalim Molana Abdul Haq (Risael Abdul Haq Hashmi j 1 p 58) par Ibn-e-Hazam k liye likhte hain k "Unho ne Gaane ko Mubah kaha hai aur is ki Ibahat mai is Hadd tak Mubaliga kiya hai k Jo Bukhari ki Hadith Gaane ki Hurmat Sabit karne wali hai , Use Zaeef Qarar de diya aur Daawa kiya hai k ye Hadith Munqatei hai". Ikhtilaf #5 Imam Bukhari farmate hain k "Tawaf se pehle Wuzoo karna chahiye ..... Huzoor Sallallaho Alehe Wasallam ne Tawaf se pehle Wuzoo kiya". (Sahee Bukhari j 2 , p 669) lekin Gair-Muqallideen Hazrat Umar Razi Allah Ta'ala Anho ko Quran ka Mukhalif kehte hain , Chunanche Jamiya Salfiya Banaras k Raees Muhammad Nadavi Hazrat Umar aur Ibn-e-Masood Razi Allah Ta'ala Anhuma k bare mai likhte hain k "In 2no Sahaba ko Nasuus (Quran-o-Hadith) ki Khilaf Warzi ka Murtakib Qarar diya ja sakta hai." (Tanveer-ul-Aafaq p 88) aur p 498 par hai k "Qurani Hukum mai Hazrat Umar Razi Allah Ta'ala Anho ne ye Tarmeem ki k 3 Tallaqain Qarar pane lagen." Ikhtilaf #19 Imam Bukhari Jumua k 2no Khutbon k Qael hain. (Sahee Bukhari j 1 , p 127) lekin Gair-Muqallideen Jumua ka 1 Khutba parhte hain aur 2re Khutbe ki Jaga Ilaqaai Zuban mai Taqreer karte hain.
